The operational units are made up of people with specific training and preparation of a technical nature in the use and management of protection and defense equipment, as well as training and preparation to act in situations of high risk and tension in order to give the expected compliance to every operation
Our human resources come basically from elite corps of the Armed Forces of different countries and that, in any case, have intervened in missions in areas of warlike conflict performing the tasks that are theirs. Likewise, the technical support staff has received training and preparation corresponding to each of their specialties, thus constituting one of the elements that generate greater operational capacity and added value to our activity in MSF, facilitating the successful completion of missions commissioned by our customers.

Likewise, the training and preparation of local human resources in conflict zones is another of the areas of activity of MSF, displacing them with personnel with technical and operational qualifications in various fields to provide training and ensure adequate training of the groups integrated by aspiring to the Government Security Forces or personal of Private Security destined to the protection of strategic enclaves public or private.
In the development of our activity, we apply a manual of ethical conduct developed based on the contents established in UN Resolution 2005/2 in order to remain within the strictest legal legality, and thus avoid the non-observance of regulations local or international actions that predispose the violation of human rights of the civilian or military population in the areas of intervention. Reaffirming in this way the purposes and principles enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations concerning the strictest observance of the principles of sovereign equality, political independence, the territorial integrity of States, the self-determination of peoples, the use of force or threat of the use of force in international relations and non-interference in matters within the domestic jurisdiction of States.
