OUR ACTIVITY

Our activity consists of carrying out logistical support and support functions in war zones both civilians and military sites, through operational teams formed by specialized personnel and air and land transport units equipped with the necessary capacity to meet any type of Service that requires such specialization. Likewise, we guarantee the security of temporary or civil military enclaves in conflict zones through the implementation of joint teams integrated by advanced video detection and surveillance systems, combined with specialized personnel in protection and security tasks.

OPERATING UNITS

The operational units are made up of people with specific training and preparation of a technical nature in the use and management of protection and defense equipment, as well as training and preparation to act in situations of high risk and tension in order to give the expected compliance to every operation

Our human resources come basically from elite corps of the Armed Forces of different countries and that, in any case, have intervened in missions in areas of warlike conflict performing the tasks that are theirs. Likewise, the technical support staff has received training and preparation corresponding to each of their specialties, thus constituting one of the elements that generate greater operational capacity and added value to our activity in MSF, facilitating the successful completion of missions commissioned by our customers.

ACTIVITY

Guarantee the safety of temporary or stable military enclaves

We have support units that are in charge of guaranteeing security in temporary or stable military enclaves, establishing safe areas in the perimeters, preserving them from possible hostile actions in critical, sensitive facilities of high strategic value. We managed to avoid the inconveniences generated by the continuous changes of protection protocols in these facilities and to allocate human resources to specific tasks of security personnel, with the consequent reduction of personnel and effective operatives entrusted to military actions.

Protection of critical infrastructures

We carry out tasks to protect critical infrastructures and vital enclaves to guarantee the functioning of basic services and supply to the civilian population, such as water supply, electric power and fuel facilities. We also collaborate in maintaining the stability of legitimate public authorities in conflict zones.

Protection of private facilities

We provide trained security personnel to protect facilities of private companies and their employees, who are located in areas with high levels of insecurity, motivated by riots or specific conflicts over time or because they are strategic or critical facilities that have severe permanent security requirements.

TRAINING AND PREPARATION

foto16Likewise, the training and preparation of local human resources in conflict zones is another of the areas of activity of MSF, displacing them with personnel with technical and operational qualifications in various fields to provide training and ensure adequate training of the groups integrated by aspiring to the Government Security Forces or personal of Private Security destined to the protection of strategic enclaves public or private.

We provide training courses to members of personal protection teams or escorts to areas of conflict, in order to ensure the integrity of people linked to private companies or estates of state order.

PROSOCIAL AND ETHICAL BEHAVIOR

foto26In the development of our activity, we apply a manual of ethical conduct developed based on the contents established in UN Resolution 2005/2 in order to remain within the strictest legal legality, and thus avoid the non-observance of regulations local or international actions that predispose the violation of human rights of the civilian or military population in the areas of intervention. Reaffirming in this way the purposes and principles enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations concerning the strictest observance of the principles of sovereign equality, political independence, the territorial integrity of States, the self-determination of peoples, the use of force or threat of the use of force in international relations and non-interference in matters within the domestic jurisdiction of States.

Likewise, we process the maximum respect for self-determination by which all peoples have the right to freely determine their political status and to freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.

We reaffirm, then, the Declaration on the Principles of International Law concerning friendly relations and cooperation among States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations.

STUDY AND PLANNING

Each one of the missions is analyzed in detail by means of a previous study in which the appropriate weighting of the risks is carried out and the necessary measures to minimize them. We thus prioritize the entrusted objective, applying the necessary protection and security criteria, with strict observance of the limits established by international regulations in such support and security tasks.

Therefore, once the plan of action and operations is drafted, the adequate and sufficient human and technical resources are used to carry out the mission successfully. We pay special attention in guaranteeing the physical integrity of the human teams and support personnel that must intervene or interact, as established in the previous operative plan. We avoid the possible affectation, of the civil population, and in any case the outside of the scope of action of each operation.
